Our goal at WebTickets.com is to make your purchasing
experience as easy and efficient as possible. The following terms of
service are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of
the purchase process at WebTickets.com. If you have any questions about

PRICING. WebTickets.com is a licensed and private
ticket broker service located in Atlanta, Georgia. We do not charge
face value and recommend that if you are looking for face value tickets
that you first check the box office. Our prices are set by market
conditions, not unlike the stock market, and are subject to change
at anytime.

MANAGERIAL APPROVAL. Due to changing availability
not within our control all orders placed on the Internet are subject
to managerial approval. If an order can not be guaranteed you will
have the option of canceling the order or keeping the order with us
on a "try and get" basis.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES. Credit cards are approved but
not charged at the time you place an order on the Internet. If your
order does not receive managerial approval and is not guaranteed your
card will not be charged until we are able to guarantee and fill your
order. If your order is guaranteed per our purchase policy your card
will be charged at that time and there will be no refunds or cancellations.
If you make payment by PayPal and your order is not guaranteed we
will refund the payment in full through PayPal.

TICKET GROUPING. For most events we only guarantee
single tickets and pairs of tickets. Please do not place an order
online if you need to be guaranteed more than two tickets together.
Multiple ticket grouping guarantees will almost always incur extra
charges. Please call and speak with a sales person to get a price
quote if you want to be guaranteed more than two tickets together.

DELIVERY OF TICKETS. Most tickets are delivered via
FedEx before the date of the event. Due to the nature of the ticket
business we do reserve the right to deliver tickets for any order
as late as the day of the event. Please do not place an order online
if you are not willing or prepared to take delivery of the tickets
the day of the event. Earlier delivery date guarantees will almost
always incur extra charges. Please call and speak with a sales person
to get a price quote if you want this guarantee. Day of event delivery
may be made by, but is not limited to, will-call at the venue box
office, courier to your hotel if time allows, or courier of the tickets
to you personally at a location to be determined outside the venue.
We will make this process as convenient as we can but the method of
delivery is not always within our control. If you have not received
your tickets two days before the date of the event please call our
office at 404-843-1344 from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday to receive
delivery instructions. You will need picture ID to receive your tickets
if delivery is made the day of the event by will-call or courier.

SEATING LOCATIONS. (Category Orders) If for any reason
we cannot fill your order for the seating category you ordered we
do reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade your order to another
WebTickets.com seating category. We reserve the right to upgrade your
seats at our discretion. You will be contacted if we have to downgrade
your order or if an upgrade will cost more and you will have the option
to cancel your order and you will be refunded any money paid to us.
If you decide that you will accept a downgrade or a more expensive
upgrade you will only pay our cost for the tickets. (Note - our cost
does not mean face value as we usually pay well over face value to
acquire tickets.)

SEATING LOCATIONS. (Specific Seats) As a ticket broker
we do sell tickets on our site that are owned by other companies.
Because of this on occasion specific tickets are not delivered to
us and we do reserve the right to deliver seats in the same map category.
We also reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade your order to another
map category. You will be contacted if we have to downgrade your order
to another map category or if we will have to charge you more for
an upgrade. At this time you will have the option to cancel your order
and you will be refunded any money paid to us except for the handling
fee. If you decide that you will accept a map category downgrade or
a more expensive upgrade you will only pay our cost for the tickets.
(Note - our cost does not mean face value as we usually pay well over
face value to acquire tickets.)

CANCELLATION POLICY. Before purchasing tickets, carefully
review your event and seat selection as once you have placed an order
there are NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES and NO CREDITS
except at the sole discretion of WebTickets.com. You agree that you
will not contact WebTickets.com to seek a refund, credit or exchange
from WebTickets.com and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a chargeback
from the company whose credit card, debit card, PayPal account, etc.
you used to purchase tickets from the site. You agree that if you
return any tickets purchased you will not receive a refund, exchange
or credit of any kind or amount. This includes but is not limited
to you refusing to accept delivery of the tickets or choosing not
to pick up the tickets from our office, will-call or a courier.

CANCELLED or POSTPONED EVENTS. Occasionally events
are cancelled or postponed. There are NO REFUNDS for postponed events
as your tickets are good for any rescheduled date. If the event is
COMPLETELY CANCELLED and is NOT RESCHEDULED for a later date we will
issue a house credit for the full amount of the order as soon as you
return the tickets to our office. NO CREDIT can be issued if the tickets
are NOT RETURNED. We are NOT responsible for any costs you incur to
attend an event that is cancelled or postponed including, but not
limited to, travel, hotels, car rentals, gas, food and the fees of
babysitters.

NON-DELIVERY OF TICKETS. If for any reason we cannot
fill your ticket order that has been guaranteed per our "Terms
of Service" (excluding orders taken on a "Try and Get"
basis) you will be refunded 100% of any money you have paid us and
you will also receive a house credit good for an equal number of tickets
to another event not to exceed the amount of the original sale. We
will not be responsible for any expenses you incur to attend the event
including but not limited to, travel, hotels, car rentals, gas, food
and the fees of babysitters.

PAYMENT METHODS. WebTickets.com accepts several methods
of payment including: American Express, MasterCard, Optima, Visa,
Discover/NOVUS, and Diners Club. We reserve the right to require that
you sign the credit card receipt for any order paid by credit card
or that your order be paid by cashiers check or money order. If you
have placed an order with a credit card and refuse to sign the charge
slip if requested you will automatically be charged a 20% cancellation
fee.

TICKET LIMITS. When purchasing tickets from WebTickets.com,
you are NOT limited to a specified number of tickets for any event
but any tickets order is subject to our TICKET GROUPING, SEATING LOCATIONS
and MANAGERIAL APPROVAL policies.

GEORGIA LAW. Any order placed with A Ticket Broker,
Inc., dba WebTickets.com, online, by phone, or by any other means
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Georgia applicable to agreements entirely made and performed
within the State. You, the customer, hereby consent to the jurisdiction
of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Georgia.
